Blog 10: iOS4

Im thinking about updating my iPod to iOS4 because it MUST BE DONE. i must have teh latest!!!! i love my iPod and wanna treat it right. Unfortunately, its going to entirely wipe it clean. which is REALLY gay, but it must be done. my brother, @KyleMHarrison, ran into a problem with his when he updated because his iPods battery meter is fucked. says its drained when its not, and stuff, its weird. but yeah. iOS4 WOO! also, life is awesome. Working two jobs, living life the way I want to live it, and not taking peoples shit anymore. This is Steven 2.0

whats going on in the world of Steve Insanity?

Quite a bit, been in Summerland, BC, since June 11th, and ive loved every minute of it. Got to spend a bunch of time wiht my girlfriend, gone camping, smoked a bunch of weed, just had good times all around. But hark, on the 17th eve of July, it will be my last night here, thusly, i wish to spend it alone with the best person in the world, and im gonna miss her so much when i have to leave, and hopefully soon i can get a job and get her out to Maple Ridge to see me and my band play :)

Blog 8: i dont really know what to call this one

You know when you can create anything with your fingers, provoke and evoke emotions through a few simple notes? well that doesnt help when you cant communicate how you feel through words and melody. When you listen to your idols, and wonder "How did they write that? what motivated them?" when you can answer all those questions, but you cat solve your own problem. My problem is i want to be able to communicate my thoughts through words, and song, and i try to write, but sometimes its so hard to pick a pen up and try. I wonder whats brought the writing block on, and i can never answer the question. forever in envy of those that can communcate how i feel better than i can, jealous even, of my heroes who put forth everything i wish to possess with ease, and i struggle to string a verse together. I want to write lyrics that mean something, and sing them with passion, and melody, and hopefully be able to describe how i feel, and maybe help someone else in the same position, like my heroes to me. Thats my biggest dream and aspiration in life.

Blog 6: May Long

Yes its been a looong weekend, but its been fun. i got to spend some great time with great people, and heh, got a little bit of awesome out of it too :) i think this might be the pinnacle of 17. Great band, great future, great friends, great loves.

The quote i have come up with for today is "Does life derail or simply figure itself out?"

So the concert on May 28th's been pushed back due to booking problems, but no big, we're gonna possibly throw a teaser party sometime with some other band (Paradosis? Prophet Fulfilled?) and itll be good times
